Babylon has been making footwear at its family-owned factory in Kharkiv, Ukraine, since 1997. We work with genuine leather, nubuck, suede and fur, build our own last for every model and check quality at every stage. Every pair is handmade, so it keeps its shape and lasts for many seasons.

Can I try shoes on before buying?
Yes. You can try on any model in our showrooms — message or call us before your visit and we will prepare the sizes you need. In Ukraine, you can also try the pair on at the Nova Poshta branch when collecting it.
What is the warranty and how do returns work?
Our footwear has a 30-day warranty. International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The full conditions are in our returns policy.
How do I choose my size?
