Black Babylon sheepskin boots: key features
All models are handmade at our family-owned factory in Kharkiv, where we have been making footwear since 1997. Each pair is built on its own last, and quality is checked at every stage of production.
- Upper. Most models use genuine double-face sheepskin leather — leather and fur in one layer. Women's MARY-91 slip-ons and men's UGM-4-11 are made of genuine nubuck.
- Fur inside. Thick, dense sheepskin fur keeps you warm and lets your feet breathe. The insole is fur-covered too.
- Temperature. Product pages of the Short models state a range from +5 to −20 °C — from late autumn to a frosty winter.
- Sole. TPE or lightweight EVA, so the boots do not feel heavy on a long walk. Some models also have an anti-ice system for extra confidence on every step.
- Short or lace-up. The Short models are short black sheepskin boots that sit neatly under trousers. Women's Polar-11 has wide laces that let you snug the pair to your leg.
Women's black styles are Frost-71, MARY-91, Polar-11 and UG-1-41; men's are Frost-11, Short and UGM. For a thicker sole, see platform sheepskin boots. Treat a new pair with a water-repellent spray before the first wear to protect it from moisture, salt and dirt. A size chart is on every product page. Free worldwide shipping takes 5–10 business days (7–12 to the US, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Georgia and Montenegro), and you have 30 days to return a pair.
