User Agreement

These terms govern the use of the babylon.net.ua website (the “Website”). The terms of sale — payment, shipping, returns, exchanges and warranty — are set out in the Public Offer (Terms of Sale).

2.1. Browsing the catalogue and placing orders is free and does not require registration.
2.2. Users agree to provide accurate information, not to interfere with the Website, and not to post false, offensive or unlawful content in reviews or forms.
2.3. Users who create an account are responsible for keeping their password secure.
3. Product information
3.1. Prices, availability and product details are shown on product pages and may change. The manager confirms the current terms of each order.
3.2. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Reviews
Reviews are published after moderation. We do not edit their content, but may decline messages containing advertising, insults or third parties’ personal data.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, videos and the Babylon trademark on the Website belong to the seller or are used lawfully. Commercial use of these materials without written permission is prohibited.
