Babylon men's footwear is handmade at our own factory in Kharkiv, running since 1997. The range includes sneakers, high-tops, trainers, boots, Ugg boots, loafers and sandals, plus caps and clothing. Uppers are genuine leather and nubuck, many models are lined with Italian Respira leather. Sizes 39–45.
What are Babylon men's shoes made of?
Uppers are genuine leather, nubuck or a combination of both; Ugg boots are double-face sheepskin lined with natural sheepskin. Many models have a breathable Italian Respira leather lining. Soles are TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), rubber or polyurethane — see the “Composition” section of each product page. About our factory: About us.
What is the Respira lining?
Respira is an Italian genuine leather lining that lets air through well, so your feet sweat less. We use it in many of our men’s sneakers and boots; Armor boots can have Winterfrost 500 insulation instead.
What sizes do the men's models come in?
Sizes 39–45. Each product page has its own “size — foot length” chart, because lasts differ between models. If you are between two sizes, message our online support and we will advise on that particular model.
What should I wear in each season?
In summer, perforated summer sneakers and sandals; in spring and autumn, sneakers, trainers and loafers with a leather lining; in winter, Ugg boots, boots and fur-lined sneakers from men's winter footwear.
Shipping, returns, fitting
Free worldwide shipping, 14–20 days (payment and delivery). Returns within 30 days, 30-day warranty (returns policy). You can try pairs on in our showrooms, open daily 10:00–20:00: Kharkiv, 128 Sumska St and 50/52 Pushkinska St; Kyiv, 18 Pavlivska St.
Men’s shoes from the Babylon online store
Babylon is a men’s footwear maker based in Kharkiv. The catalogue covers the whole year: from lightweight summer sneakers and leather sandals to insulated boots and Ugg boots. You can buy a pair online or try it on in our showrooms in Kharkiv and Kyiv. Models are grouped by season and type, so the right pair is easy to find. Alongside everyday sporty sneakers you will find more understated options such as Flex loafers and Armor boots.
How to choose men’s shoes
Start with the season. For summer, look at sneakers with a nubuck-and-mesh upper (Alen-91-С, Alen-98-С) or Arden and Hush leather sandals with an adjustable strap. For spring and autumn there are DRIFT, Flow and LEGION sneakers and Flex loafers. For cold weather, choose Armor and Bike boots, Breakout high-tops or Frost Ugg boots with sheepskin inside.
Next, think about fit. Our factory develops a separate last for every model, so the same foot length may correspond to different sizes in different models. If you have wide feet, look at Alen sneakers marked X and LEGION — their product pages say so. Sneakers pair easily with jeans and chinos, loafers with trousers, while Ugg boots work with a wool coat as well as a down jacket.
