About Babylon
Babylon is a Ukrainian footwear brand with a family-owned factory in Kharkiv, operating since 1997. It was founded by Oleh Nikitskyi and Nataliia Nikitska. The factory employs 25 craftspeople and 2 footwear technologists and makes 5,000–10,000 pairs a month, depending on the season. The shoes are handmade on anatomical lasts developed for each model, using genuine leather, nubuck, suede, sheepskin and wool felt; the standard lining is Respira, an Italian lining leather. Showrooms are in Kharkiv (128 Sumska St; 50/52 Pushkinska St) and Kyiv (18 Pavlivska St).
