Duties and taxes by country
Our prices include shipping, but not import duties, VAT or carrier fees in your country. These are set by your customs authority and collected by the carrier when the parcel arrives. The table is a general guide as of October 2026, not tax advice: rates and duty-free thresholds change, and the final amount is always decided by your customs authority. Where we are not sure of an exact rate, we name the rule and link to the official source.

Why aren't duties included in the price?
We sell from our family-owned factory straight to you, and we ship under the standard postal terms, where import charges are settled in the destination country. This keeps our prices low for genuine leather and handwork. If you are unsure what your parcel will cost on arrival, check your customs authority's calculator or ask us before you buy — we will send the product's customs description and value.
Payment and currency
Prices on the English version of the site are shown in euros (a dollar view is also available). You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page: by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods Stripe offers in your country, such as Klarna — the options you see depend on your device and country. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate. We never see or store your card details.
If your parcel is delayed or held at customs
- Check the tracking number from your shipping email: international parcels may show no updates for several days between countries.
- If customs asks for documents or payment, the carrier will contact you; we can resend the invoice on request.
- If there is no movement for more than 30 days, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and photos — we will sort it out with the carrier, or arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns from abroad
International orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. How it works, who pays the return postage and when you get your money back: International returns and exchanges. Not sure about the size yet? Start with the size guide with EU, UK and US sizes.
