Payment
Pay securely at checkout via Stripe: by card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods Stripe offers in your country, such as Klarna. Prices are in euros and are converted automatically if your card is in another currency; your card issuer’s exchange rate and fees (if any) apply. We add no handling fees.
Shipping
- Free worldwide shipping — you pay nothing extra for delivery.
- Orders ship from Kharkiv, Ukraine, via national postal services and partner couriers. The carrier depends on your country; the final leg is usually handled by your national postal service.
- Delivery takes 5–10 business days to the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Moldova, and 7–12 to the US, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Georgia and Montenegro.
- We email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking where available.
Customs and duties

Returns
