Returns & Exchanges Policy (International)
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery for orders shipped worldwide.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.
Items showing signs of wear, mechanical damage, or alteration may be denied.

Reason for return/exchange
Photos if the item is defective or damaged
Our manager will provide the return authorization and return instructions, including the return address. You will take the parcel to your local post office and send it using your national postal service (or as otherwise instructed).
Who pays for shipping
Change-of-mind / size / non-defective items: return postage is paid by the customer. We refund the product price only (any paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable).
Defective or wrong item received: return/exchange shipping is covered by us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose another item with a price adjustment or receive a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 20 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Please note: import duties and taxes (if any) are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them with your local customs authority.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
